Traveling in Estonia from city to city with a bus is a breeze. The service is punctual and fluent. The existing mobile app however wasn’t so much fun to use: inconsistent with the website flow and generally an outdated experience, it was up to us to improve the situation.
We wanted to ensure an easy and smooth experience for the user when they purchase their ticket. It should be a quick process so that 5 mins before the bus departs, a person would still be able to buy a ticket.
