Through my ceramic works I examine change, growth, and decay- all in the context of time.
Our surroundings are ever changing, everything in constant motion. Time and movement are interdependent, and constitute natures processes.
The objects may resemble cocoons that someone/something has broken out of. The inhabitant has been dormant, covered and protected. Time has forced a change, and it has turned into something completely different. What is left is only the shell to testify a process.
