Eesti kutsub välismaalasi talente tööle. Kuna meie peamine sihtgrupp Soomes olid noored ja vallalised IT-kutid, valmis elama ja töötama välismaal, otsisime kohti, kus võiksime seda auditooriumi kõige enam üllatada. Avasime profiilid Tinderis ja hämmastasime sihtgruppi oma kohaloluga seal. Saime sadu match’e ja saatsime neile nii suure hulga otsesõnumeid, et raske on kokku lugeda.
Estonia is inviting foreign talent to work here. As our main target group in Finland was IT-guys, young and single, ready to live and work abroad, we sought out locations where we could surprise that audience the most. We opened profiles on Tinder and blew these guys out of the water with our presence. We got hundreds of matches with people and we sent so many direct messages to them it’s hard to count.
