Päikesemaja is an eco-friendly and high-tech real estate development with almost non-existent energy costs.
The client wanted the website to be a visually rich environment with plentiful info and a major focus on introducing the used technologies. The goal was not to just sell real estate but also indirectly the green technology, ideas and lifestyle.
Design is minimalistic due to the plethora of materials. The content speaks for itself. A lot of emphasis is on the use of mood pictures, icons and other visual materials. The layout varies to avoid the monotonous display of the voluminous content.
In addition to the web we also created the visual identity and polished the texts into a more mundane language that is readable for search engines.
