The visual solution of "Unexpected pregnancy" posters required to be as realistic as possible. So we chose to use less digital graphics and do everything by hand. We made some rubber stamps that pour out a bit when ink touches a paper. We used a special paper and settled with the versions that reminded of the second line of a pregnancy test the most – poured out, but still readable. Finally, we made photos of these prints and did the post-production as usual.
