Raamat, mille formaat on B5 – sest nii ei ole ju paberikadu. Lehekülgi on 32 – sest nii mahub ju kõik ühele poognale. Paberivalik on kõige plässim ja odavam – nii ütles eelarve. Sisuvärve on ainult üks – see on küll taotuslik. Kaas sai vaid uhkustav – neli värvi ja tiba lakki!
Kogu sisu on soditud pooltühja markeri ja tinelpeniga koopiapaberitele. Ei mingit arvutit – mis valesti see uuesti. No ja siis kõige lõpus tuli arvutis asjad oma kohale klõpisda ja tekstid lisada. Ja nõnda siis ongi.
Chicken Soup
A book in B5 format – so there’ll be no paper loss. 32 pages – so that everything fits onto one sheet. The cheapest paper – because the budget said so. Only one color – well, this was intentional. Only the cover of the book looks fancy – four colors and even a bit of gloss paint!
All the illustrations were sketched onto office paper with a half empty marker and fine line pen. No computers – when a mistake was made, you had to start drawing from scratch. Well, and in the end you set the illustrations into place in the computer and added text. That’s it.
