Apartment building Villa Soans, built in 1933 and located at Raua 25, Tallinn, is an outstanding example of early modernist Estonian architecture. It's complete renewal in 2014 called for a visual identity that would suit the stately building, yet be in tune with contemporary aesthetics. The result is a clean, functional and modern look based on historic true-to-the-era typefaces Erbar and Akzidenz Grotesk.
