Alar Kotli was Estonia’s very own Leonardo da Vinci – an architect, sculptor, painter and graphic artist. The exhibition of his life’s work was designed to showcase the man as more than just an architect – as a product designer, an artist and a man from the small town of Väike-Maarja. Simple plywood boards, printing straight onto plywood and symbols, symbols and more symbols also showed this master of modernism as a great person.
