The good news: A new bank is born in the Baltics – 6 banks united into one. The bad news: people in the Baltics are not fans of change, and because certain experiences in the banking sector change is not welcome. Solution? Talk about change as being enterprising. So in the video we celebrated historic and current icebreakers in the Baltics, showing real people without whose gamechanging spirit important things wouldn’t have happened. And encouraged the viewers to take part and initiate change.
