BACKGROUND:
Georgian water supply system has long expired its limits. Therefore, accidents have been occurring regularly throughout Tbilisi,
We are Georgian Water and Power and people hate us.
PROBLEM:
Our works never had the same exposure that Facebook tags about our alleged inaction did.
IDEA:
We used the virality potential of those tags to our own advantage: Every time an angry customer posted a smart-ass tag, we replied in the comment section with an even smarter ass personalized video shot on the site of work in progress.
RESULT:
Disclosing the invisible field work we do to keep the water running, we were able to shift from the most hated to one of the most loved Georgian brands
